Securely pack the watch in its original box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and extra straps are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
