Where are Vaer watches assembled?
We offer two distinct lines: our American Assembly series, which is built in Los Angeles, California, and our Swiss Made series, which is assembled and tested in Switzerland.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Vaer watch comes with a guaranteed 2-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or mechanical failures under normal use.
Are your watches waterproof?
Yes, all Vaer watches are designed for active use with a minimum water resistance of 10ATM (100 meters), and our diver models are rated for 20ATM (200 meters), featuring screw-down crowns for maximum protection.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for any watch in its original, unworn condition. We want you to be completely satisfied with the fit and feel of your timepiece.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
How do I change the straps on my watch?
All Vaer watches feature standard lug widths and quick-release spring bars or drilled lugs, making it easy to swap between our leather, nylon, and steel bracelet options in seconds.
